Nancy Zentis has over 25 years experience as a consultant in the field of Organizational Development, Human Resources, and Training. In 2002, Nancy formed the Institute of Organization Development. IOD provides Certification Programs Globally to advance the careers of those interested in the field of OD. Nancy\'s vision is to expand OD around the world to help organizations build sustainability. Nancy is a lead facilitator for IOD providing her expertise and leadership to those seeking career development.
In addition to providing OD certification programs, Nancy consults with clients to help them create change management strategies. Her area of expertise is in the field of Talent Management.
Nancy has a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Business Management, a Master\\\\\\\'s in Human Resource Management and an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Development.
JJ is an experienced OD consultant with more than 27 years experience. He facilitates OD Certificate Programs for IOD. His wealth of knowledge and extensive background earn him the distinction of a thought leader in the field of OD. He previously worked in the US Military and Pratt and Whitney. He has consulted with a variety of clients throughout the past 20 years. His areas of expertise are in the area of Leadership Development, Management and Organization Development.
JJ has a MS degree in Behavioral Science, Learning and HRD.
Mike has 30 years of experience in the field of Organizational Development, Training, Instructional Design and Talent Management. Mike is a lead consultant and facilitor with IOD.
Mike has worked with clients to help improve leaders, teams, and individual contributor performance and potential. As an experienced facilitator, he has lead Strategic Planning, Performance Improvement, Conflict Resolution, and Senior Leader Planning Sessions for a variety of organizations. Mike has worked for Fortune 500 companies, non profits, and government agencies. He has worked and consulted with all levels of the organization from front-line supervisors to senior executives.
Sherisa has over 25 years experience working in the field of OD and Human Resources for major corporations. She currently works with Institute of OD as a consultant and adjunct faculty. Sherisa is an experienced professional with a strong background in the area of Leadership Development and Talent Management.
