Nurture a high performance company mindset through Talent Management

TALENT MANAGEMENT
One of the critical issues facing top management today is how do I retain and develop talented employees.

To ensure your organization maintains it’s industry competitiveness and achieves high performance, focus on hiring talented people, and then develop critical HR strategies to encourage them to stay.

Why are executives frustrated by their inability to find and develop talented employees?

The answer is job fit. Do employees have the ability to meet the job requirements? Most managers are unable to assess job fit requirements.

Job fit is determined by the following three elements:

  • Cognitive Ability
How quickly and accurately does the person manipulate data? Does the person have the mental skill to do the job?

  • Interests
Does the person have the right level of interest in working with People, data, and things.

  • Personality
Does the person have the will to do the job? Is the person comfortable in behaving as needed in the job?

Most employees get promoted because they are talented in their field of work. When the job shifts, it doesn’t work if they do not have the job fit requirements.

We provide an analysis of your current processes to identify strategies for retention of organizational talent.

Some strategies might include:

  • Identify the successful skill sets.
  • Assess potential candidates to determine their job fit abilities for future promotional opportunities.
  • Give candidates feedback on their skill abilities.
