For your convenience, programs are offer in a variety of formats:

• Classroom – development workshops and certificate programs in a classroom setting. A combination of modalities are used including instructor “lecture”, group discussions, break-out groups, and role playing
• Webinar (on-line) – Webinars are offered using online presentation with VoIP or conference call technology affording all participants a complete experience. Typically, one-hour in length, these webinars are complemented by independent reading and preparation.
